Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Custom hampers and personalized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective. Perishable items cannot be returned.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
